Registration Fee

IMPORTANT REMARKS FOR AUTHORS

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the fee by 23 Sept 2011 for the paper to be included in the proceedings of SoICT 2011 and in the ACM Digital Library. At least one author of each accepted paper must present the paper at the conference. (Note: the bank transfer payment requires about 10 days to be booked on the conference account).

The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, a hard copy of the SoICT 2011 Proceedings, coffee break refreshments, lunches, one person Welcome Reception, one person Banquet entrance.

Your name and code SoICT2011 should accompany your payment
A copy of the remittance receipt should be sent (by fax or email) to the secretariat.
Receipt will be sent to you after your payment is received.
All bank charges for the remittance must be paid by the registrant.
Sender's name should be the same as the participant's name. If sender's name is different from the participant's, please send the bank transfer slip to the secretariat by fax or e-mail.

Registration Confirmation

Registration confirmation will be sent to you (within 10 days) via e-mail upon clearing up appropriate payment.

Official Receipt/Invoice

The official registration receipt of SoICT 2011 will be handed to you at the reception desk during SoICT 2011.
