CAMERA-READY SUBMISSION
Congratulations on your accepted paper for presentation at SOICT 2024!
Please adhere to the following steps to prepare and submit your camera-ready version by November 9, 2024.
Step 1. Submit Your Copyright Consent Form
Authors of all manuscripts in the SOICT 2024 Proceedings must provide copyright consent for publication. This involves formally granting permission to Springer before they can proceed with production.
Please find the copyright consent template and fill all the required fields. One corresponding author may sign on behalf of all the authors of a particular paper. We do not accept digital signatures, so please make sure that the form has been signed in ink.
Before signing the copyright agreement, ensure any edits to the paper title, authors’ names, or email addresses are made directly in EasyChair. Changes made only on the copyright agreement form will not sync with Springer and may result in complications with your paper’s acceptance for the proceedings.
Step 2. Prepare Your Final Manuscript
2.1. Full papers must be from 12 to 15 pages (including figures and tables and references) while short papers must be from 8 to 11 pages (including figures and tables and references) in CCIS/Springer format. You must prepare your paper strictly following the Springer CCIS author guidelines
2.2. All papers must adequately address reviewers’ feedback and revise potential paragraphs and sentences for plagiarism
Step 3. Upload your documents to EasyChair
The uploaded documents contain the two following items:
- A PDF file containing the final paper after applying the reviewers’ comments. All papers must be formatted according to the Springer CCIS author guidelines
- A ZIP file containing the three following items:
- A folder named “Source” with all source files that are necessary to reproduce the PDF file. For papers written in Word, we need the .doc/.docx file; for papers written in LaTeX we need the .tex file as well as all accompanying files (bib file, figures, etc.).
- A text file containing the corresponding authors and the email addresses of the corresponding authors. It is possible to have two corresponding authors per paper (but no more than two). Please note that, the corresponding authors should be marked on the paper, preferably with envelope signs in brackets.
- A signed and scanned copyright form following the guidelines in Step 1.
Important node: Each (full, short) paper must be covered by one full author registration to be included in the conference proceedings.
