Important information: 

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay full registration fee by 23 October 2026.
  • One full registration can cover up to two papers of the same author.
  • All registrations associated with accepted papers should be made before 23 October 2026
  • The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, conference proceedings, coffee break refreshments, lunches, banquet entrance, poster printing.

Financial support:

  • Authors with papers conducted in Vietnamese universities can apply for financial support. In order to apply, the author should send an email to contact@soict.hust.edu.vn from the email used in paper submission. The title of email: Financial support – Paper ID. The email must include paper ID, paper title, and author’s affiliation.
