Full-time students (graduate or under-graduate) can apply for Student Travel Grant to attend SOICT 2024. Grants cover:

1. Registration fee for the conference in full.
2. Transportation and accommodation reimbursed in part for a maximum of the award granted (the recipient will be required to submit receipts for reimbursement).

The amount awarded will be communicated as part of the grant award notification. A requirement of the award is that the awardee must serve as a student volunteer at SOICT 2024. Priority will be given to students with accepted papers. We recommend that you proceed with the registration only after receiving notification of acceptance for your submission(s).

The students should send an email to contact@soict.hust.edu.vn from the email used in paper submission. The title of email: Travel grant– Paper ID. The email must include paper ID, paper title, and author’s affiliation.
