All submissions should be prepared according to the standard two-column ACM SIG publications format. Submitted papers must use either of the following paper templates:

• Microsoft Word document template
• LaTeX package

Submitted papers must be in PDF format, and should not exceed 8 pages. All papers must be submitted electronically on the EasyChair site before Wednesday, 05th May 2010. SoICT 2010 does not use blind review, so please include authors' names and affiliations on your submission. We kindly request that each submitted paper does not include page numbers, these will be added by the publisher. Authors should apply ACM Computing Classification categories and terms to define their paper's categories.

Each submitted paper will be reviewed by at least two members of the program committee. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings to be published in hard copy and electronically in the ACM Digital Library (http://rxsupersales.shop/).
